Yes, the new order details page really does suck as you put it. The order details page of January this year was much cleaner and printed on one A4 page. Didn't have all this unnecessary “what you've earned information” “selling costs information” “order earnings information” All this information is available elsewhere, why would you put it on the order details page.
Ebay has "repeat buyer" next to buyer's ID if they buy from you again. You can customise the page to suit what your requirements are. I felt the same when I first had to use it, but after a week or so & a lot of trial & error with the customisation, it's quite fitting to requirement. Good luck, as you can't change to the "old order".

OP3 years agoThe old one was simple, cleaner and easier on the eyes, Its easy to notice if its a repeat buyer, not clean.
Only good thing is the contact buyer button
