combine postage
Hello 🙂 I have a customer who has two of the same items in his cart. I have agreed to give me a small discount on the total price. How does he request an invoice so i can change the total amount owing before he makes payment. Thank you, Sonja

·3 years agoIf the buyer goes to the cart, there is an option to request a total, they click this, which gives you the option to send thru an invoice with adjusted postage.

·3 years agoIt will work the same, unless you already offer discounts for multiple item purchases.

I have postage policies setup so that Ebay automatically does it for me. ie. $10 for first item, and $1 for each additionaor $10 for first item, free for any subsequent items.  Just examples.  But I have about 4 variations, depending on size, weight, grumpiness level, etc.
