Combine Postage as a seller

I am just baffled as to how to combine my items for sale these days.
I have added some new items that are more expensive to post so i went to create another postage option and for the life of me it will not let me combine postage like it used to. I would go and log out and try and buy my own items but it is not combining the postage like it used to for me. It will combine if I am buying the same product. But if i buy a different item and different postage costs it is combing like it used to.
Has it all changed and can some one point me in the right direction. i have been sitting here for hours trying to work out how to get this right. Now I know why I am not getting the sales I used to get as each different product in store comes up with whole new shipping price. So these customers aren't interested in asking me to combine post. They shouldn't have to either it should just do it for them how I used to set it up

·2 years agoI am ready to throw my phone through the wall!!! EBay is sending me around in circles (and the bend!) trying to figure out how to combine postage for multiple sales. **bleep**piest way to sell ever!

I am having issues as well.
Each item is charged for separately inspite me setting a rule to reduce postage for each additional item.
