Combining Postage when you can't see the items to combine
Hi I have a buyer who brought 3 items but they are the new items that others can offer or buy as first to buy gets it. how am I suppose to combine postage when I can't see them in my "waiting for payment" area. I have tried eBay they don't know either I think. They just hang up or don't reply.

·3 months agoIf they’re not in your ‘awaiting payment’, then they’ve either paid or they haven’t committed to buy?

·3 months agoOr they are in 'awaiting postage', in which case the OP can simply refund the excess
