Confirmation of delivery -how to confirm
I sent an item with sendle and had to put an investigation in as the item had been delivered and I had positive feedback from the buyer but sendle hadnt updated that it had been delivered. Anyway sendle has confirmed delivery, and it states that in ebay, but the item is not confirmed delivered on the ebay system, is this a glitch or something? how can I get this fixed?
(for context I reported the parcel as not received not the buyer so sendle would confirm)

Noted on the auspost thing, I will go back and check my listings, thanks for that, it literally never even occurred to me.

·3 years agoIf you had OCD it definitely wouldn't allow you to use Sendle when you quoted AP.

·3 years agoWhy are you concerned? The eBay tracking is often a bit delayed (with AusPost too), and some trackings have never been updated in my purchases, although the main pages of the carriers show them as delivered, so the items were scanned as delivered, but for some reason the eBay tracking was never updated.
Are your funds on hold? Is this your problem?

·3 years agoI looked at a number of your listings and none mentioned being sent with Sendle. In fact, they all said standard postage, which is Australia Post. One listing even mentioned that it would be sent via Australia Post with signature and tracking.
If I bought one of your items and it came via Sendle, I wouldn't be able to hit the neg button quick enough.
I also found it interesting that your location changed in some of your listings. No biggie, just an observation.

OP3 years agothe status of the item on ebay says its still in transit, even though the tracking info says its delivered, see top of the image.

·3 years agoIrrelevant. eBay tracks ONE relevant tracking event within your handling time. You have that.
And if you continue to use Sendle when YOU get a good deal (that you undoubtedly don't pass on) expect negatives.

·3 years agoWith the amount of bad reviews here for Sendle, how about using AP instead of saving yourself a few dollars for a sub-standard service ?

OP3 years agoI use Auspost 90% of the time, and sendle rarely unless they have a good deal on or its an item of lesser value, or easy postage location!
