Contacting ebay!
Hi,
This may be a stupid question because I am not new to ebay but whenever I want to contact them I am going around in circles and getting nowhere.
I don't want to read any Help articles, I want to speak or chat with a human person.
Anyone know the trick please

·9 months agoIt's good practice to read the help pages, relevant policy and or TOS before contacting eBay support, as most things are systematically processed automatically.

·2 years agothese days you have to ask to 'speak to an agent' a couple of times before the AI bots connect you

·1 year agoSadly, even that does not help anymore. Our only option is the bot which takes you around in circles. No wonder our customers are leaving eBay.

·2 years agoCan you not get through to 'live chat'? I've never had a problem getting through....it's just the gobbledegook you have to put up with, once there 😒
