Hi everyone,

I’m trying to complete my seller registration on eBay, but I’m completely stuck at the “Add a card for selling costs” step.

I fill in all required fields correctly (credit card details, name, billing address, phone number, etc.), but the “Continue” button stays disabled and I cannot proceed. There is no error message shown, and I also don’t have an option to add a different card or move forward in any other way.

Important details:

• This is a new credit card, issued specifically for this eBay account

• The card meets all eBay requirements (credit card, physical bank, Visa/MasterCard, OTP enabled, international payments enabled)

• Billing address exactly matches my eBay registration address

• The card is not linked to any other eBay account

• I have tried different browsers, incognito mode, clearing cache/cookies, and waiting 24+ hours

• eBay support keeps telling me to edit/remove the card from Payments, but no card is listed there, so those steps don’t apply

I’ve been trying to start selling for over two months, and support says there is “no issue” on their side, but I’m still completely blocked.

Has anyone experienced this exact issue with the Continue button being disabled during seller registration?
If so, how was it resolved? Did it require escalation or manual intervention from eBay?
