Dai stated unsafe to leave. It was a parcel receipt service that I pay for at the post office. Dai said they couldn’t leave because they had no affiliation with Australia Post. I explained that they did not need one as the affiliation was between me and Australia Post. I asked if I worked at a clothing store would they try and deliver it to the counter which they said yes, without hesitation. But they would not even try to deliver at the counter of a post office. Very poor attitude and service. If you’ve accepted a contract to deliver, at the bare minimum, at least try to deliver.
