    On my recent sale (22-13497-37994) the Buyer was provided a 20% discount. I did not offer any discount(s). How and why has this happened?

    More often than not, discounted sales are the result of sending a discount offer.

     

    The most common complaint arises as the result of sending automated offers which the seller denies sending. Do you have this setting activated?
