·1 year agoMore often than not, discounted sales are the result of sending a discount offer.
The most common complaint arises as the result of sending automated offers which the seller denies sending. Do you have this setting activated?

OP1 year agoCorrection... The buyer was provided 20% discount (4 lots) but only purchased 2 lots... which should have been only 10% discount
