If you're found responsible for a chargeback or other disputed amount as per our policies, we charge a dispute fee of $24.20 (incl. GST) for each dispute.
So they will charge you if you try to reverse the funds. What is that?
Yet they won't help you to cancel a refund. What a clown world we live in.

When you agree to refund a buyer, you Authorize ebay to take money from your funds/account and return it to your buyer. There is no authority for ebay to then reclaim the funds from the buyer or to deal with the funds in any other way.

·3 weeks agoWhen a dispute is raised, you have 72hrs to resolve the issue with your buyer. If you fail to resolve the dispute within 72hrs and ebay is required to step in and resolves the matter in the buyers favour, then the dispute resolution fee is applicable.
You really need to make yourself aware of policies relating to ebay selling. After all you have agreed to them.
