Do you need to be on the classic site to request total from within checkout?
I have been telling buyers who want combined postage to not use the eBay app on their phones or ipads, but to use the classic site on either a desktop, laptop or ipad/tablet. Then you can see the request total tab/link.
Is this correct? How do you best explain this to buyers who have been using their phones with the eBay app?
Some buyers can do it, and others cannot. Maybe there is a better way to explain it?

·2 years agoIt only works on a PC. Buyers who have used a tablet, laptop or ipad tell me that the tab/link is not there on these devices.
