eBay does not support sellers - allows unfounded neutral feedback because buyers choose not to undo

Despite what buyers who choose to ignore policies and time limits and then claim 'eBay only cares about sellers' might try to have others believe
On the bright side, neutrals do not affect your 100% positive rating and you have explained what happened in your replies to the feedback
You are correct that eBay don't do anything and don't care. It is all automated to their line of "it was the buyer's experience'
Hopefully you have added the trouble makers to your blocked list

·6 months agoAs a buyer, your responses to the two neutral feedback comments you have received would make me very happy to purchase from you.
Often reading seller responses to neutral or even negative feedback gives very positive vibes about a seller, so I wouldn't worry about them.

·6 months agoI'm not sure about the newer rating, but eBay will remove the older one as it breaches the feedback policy. Buyers are not permitted to leave neutral/negative feedback if they expect something which is not advertised in the listing. You simply have to contact an agent, provide the item number, and ask for removel - simples.
