Ebay has not paid me for 5 weeks.

I just looked at my bank and noticed the last payment I received from Ebay was on 10th June 2026 despite me selling multiple items since then.
This probably corresponds to the big Ebay changes where I indicated I do not want to be a pro seller. My bank and all other details have remained unchanged.
I have been selling on Ebay for over 20 years.
I have tried the online contact but just got AI which was useless and did not enable me to move forward and sort the problem as it couldn't understand my problem.
Not sure what to do now?

OP2 weeks agoOK I just looked into it and see that I have to request my money. I just overlooked this before as Ebay are always sending me information all of which I ignore so I didn't even notice that popup.

Most people (well, almost everyone) who have posted here asking about payments, not being able to upload tracking etc etc have been because they ignored information sent by eBay

You could try typing 'speak to an agent' in the chatbot otherwise
I would not bother with AI, utterly useless and pointless garbage bin
