But nor do you need to speak to anyone

Buyers are responsible for opening and following through with the required dispute

Only you can help yourself with that

You can open a dispute, rather than play games with a dodgy seller

If it's regarding the neg you left, there's no need to talk to eBay, just open a dispute under the MBG (see below).

DO NOT close the dispute until you are completely happy with the outcome.
