EBay not collecting enough postage from buyer on Buyer pais items

When selling I leave little margin on expected return to cover my costs. I have been checking EBay labels box when setting up sale. But for some time now eBay has been collecting maybe 20% less postage from buyer than what Bay then charge me. So I’m effectively selling at a loss.

Any suggestions?

Ebay collects the amount that you specify for postage on the listing, are you calculating the cost correctly before listing it. Its not an Ebay issue it's a seller issue.

I've encountered this a few times and the weight and dimensions I used when listing the item have not changed at all. Yet the amount charged to the buyer is slightly less than what it is now telling me I need to pay for those same characteristics...
