It seems that eBay have changed the option to phone eBay Help.

See this link and scroll to the bottom, as there is only an "Email Us" Link and the "Phone Us" link with Passcode has disappeared:

It seems that you can no longer get a Passcode.

When you call their phone number, it doesnt let you select anything and if you let the message play out, the phone line goes dead (I held for several minutes and nothing - just silence). Grhhh, how frustrating.

There are some things that you need to talk to Customer Service about, as they just dont get it when you send them messages sometimes. 😡

I cant find any notifications that they are phasing out Phone Help and the Help Menu has been redesigned as well as now excluding the Phone Us option, as it only gives an eBay eMail option, or contact Buyer or PayPal option.
