ebay promotional offer 50% Variable Fee credit in July - Jordan 4s offered but I don't sell shoes

I'm a seller that sells button badges, the majority of my badges are space or science fiction themed. Ebay has been offering me promotional offers each month ie "50 % off variable fees on new listings" but this month I have been offered 50% Variable Fee credit in July - Jordan 4s (Jordon 4s are sports shoes) I'm confused as I don't sell shoes so wondering why I received this offer but more importantly how I can get offers I can benefit from like offers received from prior months. Random offers are no use to me.

·3 years agoI haven't received any relevant offers in at least a year. Count yourself lucky if you have. And ignore offers for items you don't sell.
Only eBay knows how you will get relevant offers, and they ain't telling.
