Ebay provides payouts which empty my account, then almost immediately sends me an overdue notice?

I am a seller on Ebay. Does any other seller have this issue? I have set my account for weekly payout and unless absolutely necessary, I do NOT request any payouts, outside of my once a week, payout schedule. Recently Ebay has been paying me, via emptying my account (previously, Ebay would take fees out, BEFORE the weekly payout) This is not happening anymore. Now Ebay creates a payout (the total amount in the account) and then virtually automatically, sends me an overdue account notice. I had my once a week payout this morning and by lunch-time, I was sent an overdue notice for almost $30.00. I have asked Ebay to take their fees out, BEFORE paying me my weekly payout, but they have completely ignored my request. How do I get them to take their fees out BEFORE paying me out? (I only have one payout a week)

·9 months agoI appreciate you are relatively new to ebay and want to get some sales up, but you could probably charge a little bit more for some of your items. ( thats not a comment used very often here ;). I sell similar things to you on one account and charge 20-50% more. Every extra dollar is all profit ( adjusted for ebays fees ) and helps cover issues such as this one. Like davewil1964, I use an Australia Post mybusiness account rather then ebay labels. While different things work best for different people, sending direct through AP works for me.

You could post directly with Australia Post. I've never used an eBay postage label on any of my accounts.

·9 months agoI am also not sure why you find it strange, there are options every seller has the freedom to choose from

·9 months agoI am on weekly payments and eBay take their fees at the time the buyer pays. What I get is what's left after fees.
I do not use eBay labels, though. It appears possible you are, as they are a separate charge.
