Ebay refunded my buyer for non receival before the estimated arrival time. The buyer opened a non-arrival case prematurely and I advised the buyer of the end of the estimated arrival time more than two weeks away - as stated by Ebay on my listing. Buyer was OK with this but suddenly Ebay just refunded the buyer from my funds so I lost the sale! Not only is this inappropriate but I believe it is fraudulent. Ebay has stolen my sale! Ebay is refunding my money as they realise they made a mistake by not waiting till the end of the expected delivery date period. Maybe they will look a bit closer next time so this appalling thing doesn't happen again. They later sent another message saying the buyer had the received the item, which they couldn't possibly know. Buyer hasn't contacted me on that score. Whatever. I got my rightful money back.
