eBay refunding buyers even when package says delivered

eBay refunded buyer for $400 dress who said item wasn’t delivered via Sendle even though tracking shows delivery. I’m sure it’s a Sendle issue but they are now closed down overnight. So eBay closed the investigation without even asking me for proof of delivery, which I have, and took the funds from my holding account including all costs. I thought eBay covered sellers when proof of delivery is available. Have taken down all my listings if I can’t trust them to be fair. So upset!!

Was this before Sendle closed down ?

You would have had 3 days to respond to the dispute.

Did you enter the tracking number into the dispute ?

If not, I recommend you appeal the case with the extra information

Sendle have gone bust!

Don’t be upset….. get eBay to reopen investigation by uploading any significant info…..keep on keeping on!
