I have the item listed at $17.49 so why is it eBay sold one for $15.40 without my permission? This has happened before with other items and I’m losing money because of it. I haven’t change the listing at all between these two sales and don’t have it promoted so what going on here?

After you posted this thread , I put a few of your items on my watch list.
I've since received offers from you on all of them including one for $15.40 on your $17.49 item
so confirmimg that you do have automatic offers enabled. You have that one set at 12% off.

OP1 year agoAh that must be it thank you. I never enabled automatic offers so that’s strange. How do I turn them off?

·1 year agoI have had ebay automatically ticking the accept offers box when doing new listings. I untick it and a few minutes later when I do the next listing, ebay have ticked it again. Quite annoying as I need to keep a close eye on it and make sure I pick it up each time.

Check to see if you have 'automated offers' enabled.
They're sent to buyers who add an item to their watch list and often, even when someone's just looked at an item
