Ebay selling price limit (for some?)

This is not new.

I have been with Ebay since 2003. Mostly purchased goods online, but the occasional sale.

Last of my sale few years back was a camera which I sold for at $600 plus, I think.

Anyway, nowadays I am not allowed to sell anything above $200, apparently not much selling history.

But I am intrigue that I came across few sellers who posted sale of their camera equipment all above $500. How are they able to do that? Some of them (from reviews) had only one sale like 6 months ago.

Do they need to be register as business to overcome this selling limit?

I think what a waste that Ebay put this limit. I am aware to protect buyers. But user like me who had more than 500+ review (100% positive, 95% as buyer, and 5% seller), had to find alternative, albeit not as good, to sell my "unused" items.
