ebay sent payment to old bank account - won't respond to messages to get the payment re-sent | Selling

I did not update my bank account details (yes, my fault) and ebay sent two payments to the old account. I contacted them on 22 January but had no reply. Any ideas on how to get them to speak with me about this?
