Ebay won't release my payouts even whem my account is not restricted anymore
I'm trying to get my payout but it's on hold. I've already confirmed my bank account, but my payouts won't get released. There's no button for me to click to confirm my account again, there's nothing else for me to do.
I've tried adding a debit card but it doesn't accept it.
I've tried removing and adding a bank account again, but it doesn't make a difference. The only thing that I see is a message telling me to check my messages, but there's no new message in my inbox - the old messages about my account being restricted were addressed already, there shouldn't be any restriction anymore.
I've contacted Ebay twice about it, they say they will get in touch with me in 2 days but they never do.
Why won't Ebay pay me what they owe me?

You've only got 2 sold items and one feedback as a seller in the past year, so eBay probably sees you as a "new seller".
