·2 years agoAs Curraone has said, first cancel the sale using the option "Problem with the Buyer's address," first explaining to the buyer that a sold item without International postage cannot be converted to International Post. Then explain to the buyer that you will make a special listing for them ( ie title it Special Listing for XYZ), BIN at the auction end price, with correct postage to the UK added. (Obviously you will need to work this out from AP web site.) This will give the buyer the opportunity to re-think their purchase when they see how much more the postage is going to cost them. Send them a link to the re-listed BIN item. Good luck.

·2 years agoAll I can think of is to cancel the order using the reason "areas I do not post to" (I forget the exact wording); and then relist it with international postage options - after first explaining this to the buyer.
