Funds on hold after CX confirming receiving item
So my funds are on hold. Well over a week since the cx has the goods and confirmed it to me. Why do I have to wait 3 weeks because they say the postcode doesn’t match? Seems a tad fraudulent. And yes, the customer has confirmed delivery with eBay.

·1 year agoWhat exactly do you think is fraudulent? You agreed to the hold being placed on your funds, and eBay is implementing said hold as advised.
I don't understand why you would think that following their regular procedure would constitute fraud.

All your feedback as a seller is from over year ago
You agreed to the holds when you listed the item and ticked the box
It will especially apply since you have not sold in a long time, it was an expensive item and the buyer has not left positive feedback
Same rules apply to all sellers, and all sellers agree to those same rules when they list
Not sure why you don't think they should apply to you too
