Hi Team I have a Funds on hold status issue that eBay AU seems unable to fix Faulty Item was confirmed returned with refund processed and paid Funds were on hold for is refund but it looks like other available funds were used to pay instead This think is broken because when I click on the "See case details" button I get this error And viewing this same item via a different menu it shows complete and paid Every time I contact serice help desk they either don't understand or say these funds are not part of your balace so I used Excel to prove they are And they are clearing showing on my Payments Tab Any help would be great Thanks Luke
