Hi Team
I have a Funds on hold status issue that eBay AU seems unable to fix
Faulty Item was confirmed returned with refund processed and paid
Funds were on hold for is refund but it looks like other available funds were used to pay instead
This think is broken because when I click on the "See case details" button I get this error
And viewing this same item via a different menu it shows complete and paid
Every time I contact serice help desk they either don't understand or say these funds are not part of your balace so I used Excel to prove they are
And they are clearing showing on my Payments Tab
Any help would be great

Yes and I finally got my missing $491 as well
after maybe 20 phone calls with eBay customer service I finally got someone who understood what I was saying and what the issue was..
he said he would watch and make sure something was done and about 4 days later it was cleared
Wish I knew the guy who was so I could thank him
