Easy solution use what you have promised the buyer,  all the items I have checked either say registered, Ebay label, or Auspost parcel.  They are all tracked.

Is it just for one specific item, or have you fallen foul of the untracked item %.

Who is the  "courier" that does not provide tracking, what proof of delivery exists.

Never heard of a courier who 'can't' provide a tracking number

How do you yourself know it was delivered the same day if you say there is no proof  of this?

eBay is not going to just take you say so it was delivered to the buyer

Find a courier who provides tracking?... idk
