GSP enabled but buyer in Japan not seeing postage options?

Hi

Below is the link to the listing, I have GSP enabled but it doesn't have Japan in the 'ship to' options even though GSP includes Japan and this is not a restricted item..

I've checked my account settings and there are no countries that I've excluded.

I've contacted ebay support chat but they are not helpful and keep referring me to send an invoice to the buyer for postage costs as opposed to understanding why this cant be processed via GSP. The buyer only has one rating so could that be it ?

Since you are registered in The UK, have you tried signing in there?

You are posting on the member to member forum for eBay Australia here, so likely you are also logged into eBay Australia site itself which could be causing your problem
