    Have a return coming, buyer used Hubbed option.Does the parcel get delivered to me ?
                     

    dont know how hubbed works. do i have to pickup from a collection point or is it delivered to me?

    I'm not 100% certain but I think you have to pick up from a collection point as it shows:

     

    "HUBBED returns are available "when the seller’s return address is a non-PO Box address",  the item is within the size and weight restrictions and the buyer is based near a Hubbed Drop Off Location"

     

    Hopefully someone who has used the service will  be able to clarify.
