I sold an item on April 3rd 2024 and have not received any money even when it says ‘your funds are now available’. I’ve sold at least 9 in total, so I am pretty new. For one of the recent sold items, I went to mark the item as delivered it and accidentally brought a postage label, even though I had already sent it off and brought a postage label at the post office. Therefore I payed both the postage at the post office to send it and then postage label online, and I realised too late to be able to delete the online version.  I don’t know if eBay knows it is sold because the postage label was closed, even though the buyer already has the item in their hand. I sold 2 after that and I received the money as normal. Although, it happened once again to an item I sold on the April 24th. I sold this item normally with no mistakes, yet, it tells me the money is ‘ available for payout’ but it won’t tell me when I get the money and won’t give it. Please someone help me solve this problem, I’ve looked through everything and I can’t contact eBay itself either. At this rate I do not think I will ever receive the money for the items I sold.
