I am desperately trying to find the associated codes with eBay's new preloved clothing conditions:

Pre-owned - Fair
Pre-owned - Good
Pre-owned - Excellent

I list all my items with the File Exchange as it is significantly quicker (listing manually with drafts is not feasible). Historically, the code entered for preloved clothing was "3000", but given there are now three different categories, I am trying to find out what these are for uploading new listings. So far I have:

1. Consulted the File Exchange documentation and this is out of date.

2. Downloaded the ConditionIDs by Category file and again this is out of date, only showing the old generic preloved condition of 3000, with no mention of fair, good & excellent.

3. Contacted eBay support, who said they would definitely get back to me within 24 hours. That was about 10 days ago and I have had no answer or contact from eBay support or any other eBay channel.

GIven this means we cannot add items to eBay, I thought I would now try this forum in case anyone else uses the File Exchange for preloved clothing.
