Help! Seller Funds automatically sent to old bank account
My ebay account is pretty old so I had my old card (which no longer works) linked to it when I sold an item. Ebay automatically sent the profits to my old card and I have no idea how to get it back on my current account... I can't figure out how to contact support either, the bot is completely useless and the articles had nothing. What can I do?

·1 year agoeBay doesn’t send payouts to cards.
It’s been years now since Managed Payments was introduced. Payments are processed by eBay Commerce (through Adyen) and disbursed (less fees) to seller’s bank account as per the payout schedule selected by the seller.
Sellers must be signed up for Managed Payments and have their bank account verified (by either the login credential method or the microdeposit method), and must also have their ID verified (driver licence or passport).
New sellers (incl longtime eBayers who haven’t sold for a while or haven’t sold with sufficient consistency) will have their funds on hold (usually 14 days) until eBay deems them no longer new.

OP1 year agoTurns out I had the correct BSB and Account Number for my current card, but Ebay sent it to a completely different card number - one that isn't even my old card number?? I'm so confused

·1 year agoThey don't send payouts to card numbers. They send your funds to your nominated bank account.
