Hi I finding it so hard to get paid from ebay,
I have updated my details several times now with picks of my license but it is still not working, I'm finding it hard to get InTouch with a person that I can talk to. What do I do. I can't get paid for items that have sold. So eBay is holding MY MONEY.

·2 years agoGo to heelp, work right through it. They do make you jump through a few hoops till you get to it but eventually you'll get to a section that offers contact us & you can get into ebay chat and deal with a real person.

·2 years agoHave you read the information on signing up for Managed Payments (which you ideally needed to have completed before you listed anything)
Did you complete everything you needed to and be verified to sell?
Does your name on everything (the name your eBay account is registered in, your bank account and your ID all match exactly?)
Even so, as a new seller your funds will be on hold for 30 days
And that you need to post the items within your handling time?
eBay Help is at the top of every page
But eBay cs staff cannot do much if you have done all the steps required of you
It is more than just 'updating your details'
