This has been going on for over a year .
The seller's account still has 48,950 items for sale
It's been reported over and over , eBay's done absolutely nothing !

At the time, I wrote
"Here we go again - another selling account on the downward spiral which should have been stopped by eBay!Typical Australian registered Chinese dropshipping seller account, 35K items sold, registered since 2021,mixed feedback but plenty of positive feedback until the last 6 months.
Something's changed with Items not being sent at all and eBay is fully aware, as evidenced in the feedback. eBay happy to leave the account registered and 1600 items still listed"
I'm still not 100% convinced that the real seller's in control of the account (48,950 items now listed) or maybe something's happened but either way, it's been reported over and over and eBay has done absolutely nothing ...as ususal.
