How can I contact eBay support? The help section is all greyed out for me

I can’t contact eBay support because when I try to click through help then my problem it doesn’t let me type anything and the chat with agent and request a call option are both greyed out. It’s the same on the eBay app and website.

Rather than an agent typing from a pre-written script

You simply need to click on "Chat with an agent"... exactly the same as you did with the "Posting your items" option.

The automated system requires your input, and won't do anything at all without it 😉

Thanks for the reply but both the chat with agent and call agent are greyed out and can’t be clicked. It doesn’t let me start a new chat either takes me to that screen everytime.

I'm no help. Perhaps you should start another thread & post why you want to contact CS. Members on here are often far more helpful than CS.
