How do I create a return label for a customer to return goods as I want to pay the postage | Selling

So i have processed the refund and everything but then it tells me to upload the return label for the buyer so then can send me back my item. But it doesn't actually tell me how to pay for the return label and to upload it for the buyer can someone please help me.
