How do I mark an item nil stock with out putting the whole store into time away?

Question

I have 100 items in my store but are nil stock on one popular item, is it possible to mark an individual item nil stock without removing it from the store or putting the whole store into holiday mode and missing out on other sales?

Go to active listings, find the item you wish to alter, scroll right till you get to Qty Available, click on the current number showing and replace with 0
