A return a for an Item i sold has been started and a refund given. The buyer cannot find how to get a return lable

You need to pay for and forward the label to the buyer.

There is no explanation to do this.

Here's how to print an eBay return label, if one is available:

Go to the Returns and cancelled orders section of your Purchase history.
Select View return details beside the item.
Choose Print label.
