You've listed $1500 worth of shoes - that would be your limit.
You have no sales history to be viewed as trustworthy just yet.

Why do you have a selling hold?
Have you fully signed up for Managed Payments and been verified to sell?
Are you talking about the account you are posting with or another account?

OP2 years agoI dont know why I cant list a item,when I did it,it showed me this:
"In order to keep eBay a safe and trustworthy environment, we regularly review marketplace activity. As part of our review, we've temporarily placed a selling hold on your account. This hold will prevent you from listing new items.
To remove the hold on your account, please contact a member of our customer service agents who will happy to assist.
We appreciate your cooperation in confirming your information as soon as possible and welcome you as a valued member"
