I don’t see any! What is also strange is I can’t give negative feedback to the buyer to be! Only positive is available. What is going on here ebay?

Sellers haven't been able to leave negs for buyers for many years, and leaving a positive with a neg comment for them can see you pinged for a policy violation.

You will need to ask eBay if you want an eBay answer

It has not been possible to leave buyers anything but positive feedback or no feedback at all in many many years, I am not sure why you find it strange you can't when no other seller can

If you have marked the item as 'paid' by mistake, maybe it is worth contacting ebay help and they might be able to take it out for you.
