I am trying to list an item and it keeps coming up with an error message "Please enter valid dimensions for your package"...help pls!
I am trying to list an item to auction and it keeps coming up with an error message "Please enter valid dimensions for your package"...I had already listed my item and was thinking of just moving it to the auction category but it keeps coming up with this message. I have gone into all of the required fields and can't see a field for this!!!! It is very frustrating...has anyone else had this problem because nothing I have done works.

·8 months agoYes, I’m having the same problem except I can’t post it at all because of it.
I emailed eBay trough contact us, to no avail.
Can’t even get an answer from members, yes its very frustrating!

·8 months agoEmailing eBay is pointless, it is bot automated and not designed to respond.
And you posted here less than 3 hours ago, maybe other members who have a solution for you have not seen your post yet, possible they have not even visited the forum since you posted.
