I cannot find a way of showing that a buyer has collected the item from my home | Selling

A buyer paid for my amp on Ebay. Then sent me a message about picking it up. He collected it yesterday and put favourable feedback on the site, but I can't find a way of show Ebay that the amp has been picked up. There is no category on the Ebay site to help with this. And it seems impossible to talk to a human. Very unhappy.
