sounds like you made it a pick up only sale by mistake . you need to toggle off the pick up option if you want to post it. did you put in a postage service with a price? if you put in a postage service too the buyer may have selected pick up.
One thing you can do is cancel the sale and relist it with a postage service. contact the help centre chat line if you need help with cancelling a sale or go to the sale and use the drop down box. even though technically you need the buyer to agree, I have cancelled a sale without their acceptance when they tried to haggle postage cost after they agreed to pay it.

Nothing to do with eBay
You said pick up only, not eBay
You do not need the buyer's address, they come to you
Best communicate with the buyer so they can complete the sale you offered
