i made a refund to a customer for postage but she keeps saying she has'nt received the amount.
i refunded postage amount to a customer but she keeps saying she has'nt received the amount & i can't find the refund transaction & she is demanding the money.

·1 year agoTo add, make sure the buyer knows a refund may take a few days and it will go to their original funding source

·1 year agoDid you refund through the eBay sale?
If so, it will show in your payments tab.
If not, you probably have no proof. Unless you used Paypal.
