IF you do that, the buyer will get a strike on their account
eBay considers an item sold as soon as a buyer 'buys' it
They do not know they did not pay if you don't report it
Do not reward them with a green tick in feedback with a neg comment. It against eBay policy and you will be pinged for doing it. Plus, it adds to the non payer's feedback score and encourages them to do it again
