im being charged $17.60 and not selling anything!
so frustrated , having spent the past hour trying to contact someone on ebay !! ( the chats are useless) im being charged a monthy fee of $17.20 for "who knows what for " i don't use ebay ...... cannot get answers so the only thing i cloud do was to remove my credit card details from my account. Has anyone had this issue.

·2 years agoMany people do have monthly charges without selling anything or 'using eBay'
But those are people who have signed up to things like eBay Plus/Smartycash back etc and did'nt read the t&c (and that amount is not the same as yours)
It's not the only thing you can do, if the charges are showing as eBay related, and are coming out of your account, you must notify your bank of the unauthorised charges so they can investigate who gave you card details
And you need to notify eBay your account has been compromised
Simply removing the card details alone is not enough
