Has anyone else had an issue with Sendle (using CouriersPlease) not picking up their packages? I sold an item on 7th Dec and packaged and dropped off to one of local Sendle Drop-Off locations that afternoon. Two weeks later it (along with other Sendle parcels) has not been collected from the newsagent that was the drop-off collection point. I have raised the issue 3 times with Sendle and once with CouriersPlease but still no action has been taken to get the parcel moving. Sendle last changed tracking info to 'Delayed in transit
We’re still working on getting your parcel moving – it’ll be on its way soon" on 14th Dec.
As a once-in-awhile seller I am not getting paid until delivery so am out a bit of cash before xmas. Needless to say I am not happy, and neither is my buyer. Any idea what other actions I can take other than retrieving and posting through AustPost myself?

·1 year agoYes, I had ordered Sendle on 27th November as of today they have not picked up. Further, my ebay sold listing states that it has been picked up and returned to me. Rather upset about it as buyers and sellers rely on the courier service
padi*0409
·1 year agoNo, instead of saving a few dollars you should be using a reliable postage service, not a courier broker that will use the cheapest courier company to transport your goods.
sandypebbles
·1 year agoSendle is a courier broker
You can avoid being upset by avoiding using them
Not worth saving a couple of dollars when it is well known how many issues using them causes
Anyone who chooses to rely on Sendle is more likely than not going to be disappointed
Aside from that, your sold items on the 27th both state you were using Australia Post

·1 year agoA random selection of your listings state that they are all sent using Australia Post, so I would suggest you stop using a courier or it will, or has, come back to bite you.
