If you support dodgy sellers like this, you are likely to get a dodgy outcome

The seller's an Amazon dropshipper.

If it's within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date, have you opened an 'Item Not Received' claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee ?

If you've left it too late, you have 180 days from payment to file an item not received claim with Paypal

Or as a very last resort, you could try a chargeback with your bank
